Grey afternoons, colorful snacks
Ingredients for two;
- 2-3 very ripe persimmons
- 1 cup of water
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- ¼ tsp of vanilla powder
- ¼ tsp of ginger powder
A simple snack that brightens up any grey autumn day; vanilla and persimmon make a lovely combination. Choose persimmons that are very ripe and soft.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. It will be drinkable right after making, or let it stand in the fridge for about fifteen minutes to stiffen up for a snack that you can eat with a spoon. Make this recipe your own by tweaking the addons and decorate with some dried cornflowers and black sesame seeds if you like.
